Return Policy

Refund Policy

Most of our items are eligible for our 30-day refund policy. To be eligible, the item must be faulty or damaged. Because we custom create each item as soon as you order it, we do not offer refunds if you change your mind or select the wrong size.

If your product is faulty or damaged, please email: FunnyGardeners@gmail.com so we can take care of you. 

Refunds are applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a 7-14 days (although banks and credit cards sometimes take longer on their end to post it).

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 14 days of our confirming a refund was processed, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please make sure to review the sizing guides carefully before checkout.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
